And so it begins...

My mother tells me that I was a pain in the butt to dress as a child.   I would only wear a certain kind of jeans.   I only wanted socks with the seams across the top of the toe.   You get the idea.


As a mother, I am finding that everyone tells me Raegan looks just like Kevin.


As a mother, I am finding that Raegan is just like me.


Today the UPS man brought us two new winter coats for Raegan.   We were trying them on to decide which one to keep.  One jacket has sleeves that come down over 1/2 of her hand with thumbholes to stick her thumbs through.    She DIGS thumbholes.  One has a fur collar.

After trying on the new jackets, we went to the basement to find out which of the vintage Rothschild coats from Kevin's Grandma, would fit her this year.  The burgundy velvet coat should be great for Christmas Eve!

After trying on the burgundy dress coat (which also has fur on the collar), she looks at me TOTALLY DISGUSTED and says....

"This one not have thumbholes Momma!"
